Katrina Alegado’s sixth grade class at Covington Elementary has setup two car washes as fundraisers for the outdoor school at Camp Waskowitz in March. The students will be selling local coupon books and Smencils for $1 from 9:10-9:25 a.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays at the school to raise money so all students can attend the multiple-day field trip at an affordable price.

The first car wash is Saturday, Jan. 22 and the second car wash Saturday, Feb. 12 at Les Schwab in Covington.
