June 7, 2012 · Updated 11:47 AM
The city of Maple Valley will sponsor a pedestrian and bicycle improvement community workshop 6-8 p.m. on Wednesday, June 27 at the Lake Wilderness Lodge.
Input regarding local trails, walkways and sidewalks and bicycle facilities, neighborhood connections, safety and your priorities will help planners update the city’s non-motorized transportation plan.
This plan will provide a “blueprint” for making decisions about programmed and future investments to maximize the safety, accessibility and mobility of residents and visitors.
Go to the city of Maple Valley website for additional information throughout the planning and public involvement process: www.maplevalleywa.gov.
The lodge is located at 22500 SE 248th St., Maple Valley.
