Cedar Heights PTSA to vote on budget at meeting tomorrow

Cedar Heights PTSA will hold a general membership meeting 6-8 p.m.Thursday in the Cedar Heights Library.
They will be voting on the new budget and require a 10 member quorum.
They are seeking new volunteers for Thursday, as well as Oct. 18 and 23 to help receive cookie dough orders.
Here is a description of what they will be doing:
ASB needs help with collection in the morning before school beginning at 8:10 a.m.
Once school starts volunteers need to go through each order to make sure the ordered amount matches the collected dollar amount. They will also need to count and put into envelopes the tickets for the prize store for each student who turned in that day.
Don't forget, we will be selling tickets to the Applebee's all-you-can eat breakfast and the Auburn Supermall's Magical Night of Giving this Thursday at lunch. The Applebee's breakfast is from 8-10 a.m. on Saturday,
Nov. 3 - tickets are $10 per person. The Magical Night of Giving is on Sunday, Nov. 11 from 6:30-10:30 p.m. - tickets are $5/person. Kids twelve and under are free with paid adult.
Tickets for both events will be sold every Thursday this month, and at home football and volleyball
McDonald's is hosting "McTeacher Night" from 5-7 p.m. Oct. 25. Join the PTSA for dinner and visit the
teachers as they work the event.
