The Black Diamond Community Center seeks new board member

The Board of Directors at the Black Diamond Community Center is currently seeking a new member.

The Center has a food bank, clothing boutique, serves Seniors nutritious meals on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

It provides activities for all community folks at the main building, plus at the gym.

The Board of Directors oversees all events, activities and functions that occur at the Center and the Gym.  Meetings are held monthly, the third Monday of each month, 6-7:30 p.m.

Other events that the Board members are part of are the annual “Harvest Moon Dinner Auction” in November, “Running Start” program for youth in August, “Share the Joy” holiday gift giving for kids in December, National Night Out celebration for the community in August.
