King County Regional Animal Services waives adoption fees through December

The Regional Animal Services of King County waived adoption fees for cats six months and older as part of a special promotion in October through Dec. 31 after meeting its cat and kitten adoption goal.

People looking to adopt from RASKC can view available pets by visiting www.kingcounty.gov/pets and clicking on “Adopt a Pet.”

Prospective pet owners can visit the Pet Adoption Center in person to pick out their new furry friend. The center is located at 21615 64th Ave. S. in Kent.

Hours are 3 – 6 p.m. Monday, noon – 6 p.m. Tuesday – Friday, and noon – 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
