Airman Patrick D. Cushing graduates from basic training

Air Force Airman Patrick D. Cushing graduated from basic training at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, Texas.

Cushing completed an intensive, eight-week program that included training in military discipline and studies, Air Force core values, physical fitness, and basic warfare principles and skills.

Airmen who complete basic training earn four credits toward an associate in applied science degree through the Community College of the Air Force. Cushing is a 2012 graduate of Kentlake High School and is the son of Annie Cushing of Covington and grandson of Daryl Cushing of Kent.
