The members of the Calvary Presbyterian Church in Enumclaw did not go to church April 26.

Parishioners instead spent the church time in a "Be The Church" event, fanning out across the area to work and serve.

The group washed windows, cleaned streets and flower beds, cooked meals and wrote letters to those in the service.

The church members, led by Pastor Fred Davis, had a Sunday of living the ideals of the church outside the walls of the building.
