Dace's Rock 'n' More Music Academy and the  Maple Valley Creative Arts Council are partnering to present  monthly open mic sessions and teaching a ukulele group.

In October the open mic begin the first Friday of every month. The academy will also be teaching The Ukulele Group in the Maple Valley Creative Arts Council's space.
  • Rock 'n' More open mic will be the first Friday of every month starting Oct. 3rd. Sign up at 7 p.m., performances start at 7:30 p.m. All ages are welcome but we are hoping to target a younger audience. We have so much young music in this town and want to give those musicians a chance to perform as well as a place to go on a Friday night.
  • The Ukulele Group (all ages and skill levels) will be the first and third Fridays of every month starting Oct. 3 from 6-6:50 p.m. and will be $60/quarter (Oct-Dec). We'll teach the group rock/pop (whatever they want to learn) songs and hopefully get them ready to perform at one of our open mics and/or another Rock 'n' More event. Registration for the ukulele group is on www.maplevalleyarts.com
