Black Diamond Backyard BBQ

Photos by Ray Miller-Still

Families from Black Diamond, Enumclaw, and even as far as Renton came down to celebrate the Ten Trails’ first-ever Hometown Social, hosted at the newly-opened Civic Park on Friday, June 29. The event brought in local food and craft businesses, some inflatables, live music and a beer garden, but most importantly, marked the opening of Civic Park, which is located at what will be the heart of the Ten Trails development in Black Diamond. Complete with a basketball and bocce ball courts, monkey bars, swings and — eventually — a zipline, Civic Park is sure to be a popular area for old and new families to enjoy.
