Update | 15-year-old girl stabbed on Lake Wilderness trail near Maple Valley | Two suspects at large

The King County Sheriff's Office reported a 15-year-old girl was stabbed on the Lake Wilderness trail near Maple Valley at about 8 p.m.
Deputies are searching for two men who are suspects.
The girl told deputies that she had been walking on the trail when she was approached by two men. The girl said the men called her names as she walked by and as she tried to avoid them they grabbed her and threw her to the ground. The girl told police the men tried to take her pants off and one of the men stabbed her in the leg as she tried to get away.
The girl was able to get away and ran to a friend’s house in the 23900 block of SE 284th St. where 911 was called. When police arrived they said the girl was hysterical and suffering from a stab wound to the leg. Police describe the wound as “non-life threatening.”
Deputies were unable to locate the suspects during a search of the area. The suspects are described as two white males, late teens to early 20’s. One of the men was possibly wearing a dark hoodie and camouflage shorts.
