Maple Valley City Council passes resolution authorizing city attorney to use legal action to enforce collective garden ban

The Maple Valley City Council voted to approve Resolution No. R-12-884, which authorizes the city attorney to take any and all legal action necessary to enforce the ban on collective gardens.
The resolution was approved at the council's July 9 meeting.
The ban was passed by the City Council at their June 25 meeting.
