Maple Valley man found in Oregon | Missing person

Maple Valley resident Todd Partain was found after he was reported missing more than a month ago, according to the King County Sheriff's Office.

Partain, 46, was last seen May 18 at around 9 a.m. after he had called his receptionist to tell her he would be at work at 3 p.m.He was reported missing May 19 after he failed to show up at work.

Deputies repeatedly called his cell phone and left voice messages which were not returned.

According to Sheriff's Office spokeswoman Cindi West, Partain was found in Oregon June 28 after activity on his credit card appeared at a hotel.

West stated that after contacting the hotel and the local police, two people drove down to Oregon and brought him back to Maple Valley.

West also stated that it is not known why Partain disappeared.
