Two cars were involved in what appeared to be a head on collision on the Maple Valley Highway Wednesday morning, according to Maple Valley Fire and Life Safety (MVFLS)

According to MVFLS, only the two drivers were involved, and injuries were moderate to minor. Both were taken to Valley Medical Center.

MVFLS Battalion Chief David O'Brien said it appeared that one of the vehicles might have crossed the center line.

The accident occurred at 174th Avenue Southeast.
