Traffic delays expected Monday evening through Tuesday on state Route 169 near SE 260th Street in Maple Valley

There will be traffic revisions on the state Route 169 Monday evening through Thursday just south of SE 260th Street.

From 7 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. the traffic lanes will be shifted in order to install storm crossing to accommodate the roadway improvement project.

During the day this will include the reduction to one lane between the hours of 9:15 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. on state Route 169. Traffic flow will be alternated between northbound and southbound. This will be required to pave the road in for drainage crossings that were installed at night.

Measures will be taken to limit the delays, but please consider using alternate routes, such as 240th, Kent Kangley, and Witte Road, because there will be delays.
