Crab boat captain turned children’s book author

King County annual legislative forum to be held in Tukwila Nov. 19

The King County Board for Developmental Disabilities and the King County Parent Coalition, a program of The Arc of King County, will host the 23rd Annual Legislative Forum at 6:30 p.m. Monday, Nov. 19.

It will be held at the DoubleTree Suites at 16500 Southcenter Parkway in Tukwila

The King County Legislative Forum is an annual event that, in 2011, attracted over 600 individuals and family members and 33 state legislators, elected officials and Congressional staff.

This year, King County Executive Dow Constantine will provide opening remarks and speakers from each district in King County will provide their testimonies.
