Maple Valley Transportation Benefit District to establish fee Dec. 10

The Maple Valley Transportation Benefit District Board will establish the annual fee for drivers at 6:30 p.m. Dec. 10 at the Tahoma School District Central Services Center.

The City Council recently approved the establishment of a transportation benefit district.

The meeting will deal with the following

(a) Election of a Board President and Vice President

(b) Approval of the Rules of Procedure

(c) Adoption of the ordinance establishing the annual fee

(d) Approval of the resolution approving the Interlocal Agreement between the Board and the City of Maple Valley

(e) Adoption of ordinance designating agent to receive claims

(f) Approval of resolution adopting a material change policy.

(g) Approval of resolution authorizing the CEO to execute an interlocal agreement with Department of Licensing
