King County Council updates Comprehensive Plan dealing with unincorporated communities around Maple Valley, Covington and Black Diamond

The King County Council unanimously adopted the 2012 updates to the King County Comprehensive Plan.

The plan is the blueprint for growth in the County’s unincorporated communities, including those near Maple Valley, Covington, and Black Diamond.
