Maple Valley City Council approves ordinance pertaining to deliquent outstanding accounts
December 10, 2012 · 7:42 PM
The Maple Valley City Council approved an ordinance authorizing the City Manager to execute an Interlocal Agreement with the city of Enumclaw for the processing of several financial obligations pertaining to delinquent outstanding accounts.
The city's new interlocal agreement with Kent will require a fee for every infraction and criminal citation transferred from Enumclaw. This ordinance keeps the cases in Enumclaw rather than transfer them to Kent.
