While rain poured outside Monday morning, a group of a dozen moms worked out with their children as part of the Stroller Strides class at Lake Wilderness Lodge in Maple Valley.

Among them was Christine Brower, whose 2-year-old son Jack, hung out in his stroller munching on snacks and drinking out of a sippy cup. Brower was one of four pregnant moms in the class.

Stroller Strides in Maple Valley, which is owned by Kristy Fassio, helps moms get fit before and after baby.

Classes are currently offered from 9:30-10:30 a.m. Monday, Wednesday and Friday. The group just moved indoors to the Lake Wilderness Lodge.
