Toll bridge bills to be mailed in 14 days | WSDOT

A friendly reminder, if you cross the SR 520 or Tacoma Narrows bridges without a Good To Go! account, please keep an eye out for a bill in the mail.

We mail bills to the vehicle’s registered owner within 14 days of initially crossing the bridge. If for any reason you don’t get a bill or have questions about a bill, call Good To Go! customer service at1-866-936-8246. Our customer service representatives can help sort through any issues and help avoid additional penalties.

Even after you receive a toll bill, it’s never too late to open a Good To Go! account and customer service will be able to add the tolls to your account at a lower toll rate.
