City of Black Diamond releases statement concerning city attorney and city administrator

Black Diamond Mayor Howard Botts and Rebecca Olness, who will take over as mayor in January, released a joint statement today concerning the former City Attorney Loren Combs and City Administrator Leonard Smith.
The city stated Combs resigned Nov. 21 and Smith was placed on paid administrative leave Nov. 20.
