• Date: Feb. 18

• Time: 9:31 a.m.

• Location: Auburn Black Diamond Road

• A homeowner reported fire inside the chimney and evacuated with everyone inside the house. The fire was contained to the chimney but there was some smoke in the attic. The firefighters checked for other damage, but none was found.

• Safety message: Be sure to have your chimney professionally cleaned and inspected once a year.
