Attempted shoplifting|Police Blotter

LARCENY

•On June 17 officers responded to reports of an attempting shoplifting at Kohl’s. The police report stated the subject was arrested and trespassed from the store.

•On June 18 it was reported that items, including credit and debit cards, were stolen from a victim’s unlocked vehicle. The police report stated the stolen cards had been allegedly used by the unknown suspects.

•On June 19 officers were contacted regarding a male subject who had reportedly replaced his shoes with a new pair from Kohl’s. The police report stated he left his old pair in the shoe box. The suspect was booked on warrants.

•On June 19 officers were contacted by the victim who told them she suspects her son’s girlfriend has been stealing prescription drugs from her. The police report stated a number of prescription pills have gone missing over the past 20 months.

•On June 19 officers were contacted by the reporting party because an unknown subject had stolen a statue from their front yard.

DRIVING WITH REVOKED LICENSE

•On June 18 officers observed a vehicle driving with a muffler that kept falling off. Upon contact with the driver it was determined they were driving with a revoked license.

SUSPICIOUS VEHICLE

•On June 18 a suspicious vehicle in Walmart’s parking lot was reported to the police. Upon contact, officers determined a female subject was in possession with a shaved key and determined the van may have been an unreported stolen vehicle.
