The Black Diamond race for mayor between incumbent Howard Botts and challenger Rebecca Olness narrowed by four votes.
Olness is leading with 415, 50.61 percent and Botts has 402, 49.02 percent.
The city of Black Diamond released the severance agreement for former City Administrator Gwendolyn Voelpel.
Following a public records request, the agreement was give to The Reporter Tuesday.
