Stolen items reportedly found in church parking lot | Covington and Maple Valley Police Blotter

FOUND PROPERTY

• On Oct. 27 items from unreported vehicle prowls were found in a church parking lot.

ASSAULT

• On Nov. 1 officers arrested a female subject after she reportedly slapped her boyfriend.

RUNAWAY

• On Nov. 2 officers responded to Kentwood High School to reports that a reported juvenile runaway had returned to class.

Auto Theft

• On Nov. 2 officers were contacted by the victim who told them his vehicle was stolen from the parking lot of where he works.

VEHICLE RECOVERY

• On Nov. 2 officers located a stolen vehicle from Renton parked near the Maple Valley Good Will. The police report stated the speakers and amp had been stolen.

OPERATOR’S LICENSE VIOLATION

• On Nov. 3 officers observed a driver using their cell phone while stopped at a green light. The police report also stated the vehicle had been taken without permission.
