It was reported on Jan. 13 that a cell phone was stolen from a locker room at Kentwood High School

THEFT

On Jan. 14 it was reported that an unknown person stole a black BMW from a McDonald’s parking lot. The vehicle was left unlocked and running with the keys in the ignition.

TRESPASS

It was reported on Jan. 15 that a transient female refused to get out of victim’s vehicle and caused a disturbance at a Chevron.

ASSUALT

Police officers were called to the Lost Dutchman on Jan. 15 when the victim called to report an assault. The assault happened in the men’s bathroom, the suspect used his hands in the assault. The victim agreed to assist with the investigation. As of Jan. 15 the suspect was unknown.

PERSON WITH A WEAPON

It was reported on Jan. 12 that an unknown male was stopped in Walmart for shoplifting behavior. The male was escorted out of the store, which is when he pulled out a knife.

A victim reported on Jan. 16 that they saw a person with a handgun walking on a public sidewalk. There was no crime committed, the victim just wanted to report it.

ATTEMPTING TO ALLUDE

On Jan. 13 police officers responded to a car driving on the wrong side of the roadway, passing other cars. The suspect did not stop when emergency lights and siren activated. It was reported that the driver fled in car after traffic stop was attempted.

DISTRUBANCE

It was reported on Jan. 14 that an officer responded to a family disturbance at a residential home. It was advised that the male involved in the incident was leaving in a vehicle.

LARCENY

On Jan. 12 police responded to a call from Fred Meyer loss prevention officers. The reporting party reported that the victim stole alcohol and eluded police in the vehicle.

Police officers responded to a call on Jan. 12 that the suspect was in possession of victim’s watch, refusing to return it, due to being under the impression that the victim owed him money.

It was reported on Jan. 13 that a cell phone was stolen from a locker room at Kentwood High School.

On Jan. 13 it was reported that two suspects were caught shoplifting video games and possessed heroin.

It was reported on Jan. 16 that a suspect stole a phone case from a Verizon store.

CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

It was reported on Jan. 13 that the subject was sleeping in a vehicle seen by passerby with syringes in their hands at the 76 gas station.

FOUND PROPERTY

On Jan. 13 it was reported that a backpack was found in Home Depot and it contained stolen items.
