Covington City Council elections are on the horizon. Our City Council members are important in the development, progress and reputation of our city. I urge readers to vote for the incumbent Marlla Mhoon for Covington City Council.

Serving on the council for five years has given Marlla the necessary qualification for this responsible position. Marlla always does her homework when decisions need to be made in behalf of the citizens of Covington.

She is dedicated, informed and  has an understanding of the issues and history of Covington. I urge all voters to visit her website www.marllamhoon.com, then cast your vote for a council member who truly represents all citizens.
