Tahoma High wrestler Cruz Velasquez, 126 pounds, beat Jake Douglas from Lake Stevens 5-3 in overtime in a semifinal match at the Mat Classic Saturday, Feb. 22 at the Tacoma Dome.

Velasquez will wrestle for the state title at 6 p.m. against Timmy Martinez from Pasco.
