Auburn Acers win Western National Championship | Youth Softball

Three Maple Valley athletes were apart of the Auburn Acers 10U fastpitch softball team that won the ASA 10U A Western National Championship in Salem, Ore.

The Acers finished as the only undefeated team in the weeklong tournament, which was held at Wallace Marina Softball Complex. The Acers are the first team from Washington to win Western Nationals.

Maple Valley athletes included Kaiea Higa, Emma Dazell and Brenna Henry.

The team finished the season with an overall record of 44-6-2. They also won the NSA State Championship and ASA State Championship.
