Conks snap two game lose streak

The Kentwood Conquerors boys basketball team participated in the 2019 King Showcase at the accesso ShoWare Center Monday morning.

The Conks (7-5, 11-7) beat Davis 73-68.

The win snaps a two game losing streak for the boys after Kentwood lost 70-69 to Tahoma Jan. 15 and 69-61 to No. 1 seed Kentridge Jan. 18.

The boys are set to finish the regular season with two away games this week.

First up is a 7 p.m. game Tuesday, Jan. 22 at Kennedy Catholic.

And the final regular season matchup is set for 7 p.m. Friday, Jan. 25 at Kentlake against the Falcons.
