Tahoma softball is on a winning streak

The Tahoma Bears took on the Federal Way Eagles in a postseason game on Friday, May 10 at Kent Service Club Ballfield. The bears beat the Eagles 6-1.

After defeating the Eagles, the Bears moved onto their second game of the night. At 7 p.m. they played against the Auburn High School Trojans at the same location. They ended up beating the Trojans 10-2.

The Bears are set to play again on Friday, May 17 at 4:30 p.m. at the Kent Service Club Ballfields. Their opponent is still unknown, as of press time, but if Tahoma wins they move onto the next round in the NPSL 4A League where they will play again that evening at 7 p.m.

If Tahoma wins the 7 p.m. game, the team will play again at 2 p.m. on May 18 and then again at 5 p.m. if that game is won.

The 5 p.m. game is the last game of postseason play and will be held at Kent Service Ballfields.

Tahoma finished its season in first place with 18 wins overall and only two losses.
