Paul Quam of Maple Valley passed away the 23rd of April, 2019.

Paul was born in Montana but has been a long term resident of the Maple Valley-Covington area. He passed away in hospice care, surrounded by his family.

Paul worked for many years for Scarsella Bros. Construction of Kent. He was an avid horseshoe player and competed on the world level, once coming in at 11th in the world. After retiring 20 years ago, he spent his time traveling between California, Plentywood, Mt and Lake Sawyer Resort, where he parked his 5th wheel when in town.

He was preceded in death by his wife Sally. Paul is survived by his daughter Debbie (Pete) Atkinson of Covington; his sons, Mike (Cheryl) Quam of Auburn and Kevin (Carole) Quam of Federal Way; 5 grand children and many great grandchildren.

We will be celebrating his life June 15th at tbe Black Diamond Eagles beginning at 1:30 pm.
