Nine athletes sign letters of intent

A number of high school athletes nation wide signed their letters of intent Feb. 7 to play at the collegiate level.

Among those athletes were students from Kentlake, Kentwood and Tahoma High Schools.

Four Kentlake Falcons seniors signed their letters to schools across the country.

Marques Fuala’au will stay in the state of Washington. He signed his letter to play rugby for Central Washington University.

Tiffany Pardey will attend Howard College in Big Spring, Texas where she intends to play softball.

Tony Heimann committed to play football at Missouri Valley College.

And Zachary Archibald will also stay in Washington where he intends to play baseball at Edmonds Community College.

Kentwood

During an evening ceremony, five Conquerors signed letters of intent last week to play football at the next level.

Justin Seiber and Mason Glover both intend to play for Simon Fraser University.

While Lionelletui (Tui) Mulitauaopele and Alex McGeachy will stay in state and play for the Central Washington Wildcats.

And finally, the fifth Conk to sign his letter of intent was Cade Harris who plans to play for Montana Tech.

Kentwood Athletic Director Jo Anne Daughtry said other athletes also signed letters of intent earlier in the year. Those names were not provided.

Tahoma

No athletes were provided to The Reporter from Tahoma High School.
