From the Sideline

“We wanted to see what her foot speed was so we took her out of her usual hurdle events and put her in 100m and 400m. And she had outstanding performances this week. In the 100m, she set a sophomore record and placed No. 5 in the 4A. In 400m, Emma place No. 2 in state, No. 1 in the 4A and also set a sophomore record. Emma is on pace to have a stand out year this year! She works hard every day with zero complaints. With her success, she remains very grounded and humble. She is a shining example of a student athlete — as she is posting excellent time, she maintains a 4.0 GPA!”
