The Tahoma Bears boys and girls track and field teams won the North Puget Sound League titles May 11 at French Field.
The boys won scoring 116.5 points, 37.5 points ahead of the second place team Auburn Mountainview.
The girls scored 158.5 points as a team. The Bears finished 85 points ahead of the No. 2 Enumclaw.
Coming in third place for the girls was Kentwood with a team score of 52.
The Falcons finished the meet in 11th place with 32 points.
Kentwood boys came in 11th place with 26.5 points and the Falcons placed 14th scoring eight points.
The top qualifiers advanced and prepare to compete in the 4A West Central District track championships.
The meet opened Thursday and concludes Saturday, with field events beginning at 10 a.m. The top seven finishers in each event qualify for the state meet May 24-26 at Mount Tahoma High School in Tacoma.
